WJM Successfully Holds the 4th Book Sharing Session: Exploring A Way of Living Together
On June 28, 2025 (Saturday), from 15:00 to 16:00, Shenzhen WJM successfully held its 4th Book Sharing Session in the company’s lecture hall. Organized by the WJM Book Sharing Committee and hosted by Ms. Xiao Lili, the event attracted enthusiastic participation from employees across various departments.
This session centered on the classic work A Way of Living by Kazuo Inamori. Through reading and discussion, employees were encouraged to reflect on their work philosophy, personal growth, and values in both life and career.
A highlight of the session was the series of engaging PPT presentations delivered by outstanding employee representatives:
- Ms. Lai Aizhen from the Quality Department, known for her meticulous work ethic and relentless pursuit of excellence, shared her insights with precision and depth.

- Mr. Ye Pingfeng from the Administration Department impressed the audience with his visionary thinking and strong potential, embodying the spirit of growth and breakthrough.

- From the Business Department, the dynamic duo William and Rita delivered inspiring presentations, combining practical experience with thoughtful reflection, earning strong recognition from attendees.

Each speaker was given 5–10 minutes to present, creating a vibrant and interactive environment where ideas flowed freely and perspectives were enriched.
In addition to the sharing session, a recognition segment was आयोजित to reward active participants, with gifts including backpacks, books, and snacks. The warm and encouraging atmosphere further strengthened team cohesion and engagement.
The WJM Book Sharing Series continues to be an essential platform for fostering a learning-oriented corporate culture. By promoting reading and open communication, WJM empowers employees to grow together and continuously improve.
